The value of the pieces reflects the artisanal work, production time, artistic research, and quality of the materials used.
There is no policy for automatic discounts or price reductions associated with quantities.
Each order is individually analyzed, and the work is always remunerated at its fair value.
Any eventual price adjustment, if considered, is decided exclusively by me, based on the specific context of the order, and does not constitute a regular or guaranteed practice.
Large volume orders are negotiated only in terms of delivery time, never price.
The stores that resell my work are partners in valuing artisanal ceramics. This partnership allows me to continue producing with quality and developing new artistic collections. This balance is essential: my work is not just production, it is also creation.
I do not work as an industrial supplier. I am an artist ceramist, with a utilitarian line supporting artistic creation.
📦 SHIPPING & CUSTOMS – DDU REGIME
Shipping will be done via carrier with a tracking number, under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) regime.
This means:
- The customer is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and UK VAT upon arrival.
- The invoice will only reflect the value of the products and the cost of transport (if arranged by me) and packaging.
🔄 ALTERNATIVE OPTION – CUSTOMER-ORGANIZED COLLECTION
If you prefer, you can arrange shipping through a carrier or exporter of your choice.
Collection can be scheduled directly at my studio, by appointment.
🧾 INVOICING – B2B OR B2C FORMAT
There are two ways to issue the invoice, depending on the type of customer:

B2B – Business to Business (for stores/resellers):
If you have a valid VAT number in the United Kingdom, the invoice will be issued without Portuguese VAT (0%).
VAT and import duties will be paid by you upon entry into the country, according to British tax legislation.
This is the recommended format for stores and resellers.

B2C – Business to Consumer (for private customers):
If you do not have a VAT number, the invoice will be issued as a sale to a private customer.
For orders above £135, VAT and customs charges will need to be paid upon arrival.
This format may involve more bureaucracy in customs clearance, depending on the carrier.
